Maey Elzaky

Being in the real estate development industry for over 15 years, Maey has garnered extensive experience from the diverse roles she’s held. Throughout her career, she has been able to apply multifaceted problem-solving approaches in ensuring successful project delivery and outcomes.
Maey has been involved in major projects around NYC that ranging from commercial, residential, hospitality and healthcare to higher education institutions. Some of her most notable projects include One Bryant Park- Bank of America Tower (first LEED platinum building in NYC), World Trade Center, NYU Langone Medical Center Infrastructure renovations, and MTA Capital Construction projects (Fulton Transit Center & 7-line Extension).
Most recently, Maey has been leading campus transformation and long-term master planning efforts for the NYU Tandon School of Engineering located in Downtown Brooklyn’s Metrotech Center.
Having gained a comprehensive skill-set across the planning, design, construction and operations sectors of the real estate industry, she is able to identify opportunities for project efficiency and operational optimization utilizing her interdisciplinary experience and technical knowledge.
Maey graduated from Polytechnic University (now NYU Tandon School of Engineering) with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
